She received her Associate degree in Christian Education from Bay Ridge Christian College 1986, and just recently this past May of 2013  Graduated with her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration of Human Resources From Strayer University in Memphis, Tn.  She is now pursuing her Master's Degree in Leadership Education to receive in March 2015.
Lady Denise Tharpe was called and ordained by God to preach the Gospel in 2005 where she graciously received her calling.    One of her greatest joys is ministering to Women, especially Women in ministry and First Ladies.  As God has prepared her to be an instrument for Him, she enjoys encouraging Women to live and give their all to God, and to use their inner most gifts for His Kingdom.
The ministries that God has birthed through Lady Denise are as follows:  The First Lady News Magazine which was established in 2001, The Women of Pearl Ministry and the Free to Be Me Annual Conference where Women have come from all walks of life to receive their breakthrough.   God has allowed each of the ministries to be used as a vehicle to encourage and strengthen women who have been hurt and suffer with low self-esteem.  She is also honored to have accepted the very high calling of the Overseer of Bishop and Ministers Wives under the Divine Ministries International Fellowship Organization. To God Be All the Glory!!  As she continues to walk in faith and live a life of obedience to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, she is anxiously awaiting to see what God does in the next season of her life.
